Best experience amazing facilities and staff are very friendly, humbled and house keeping staff are very friendly. Hotel location are near to Chandigarh airport and near to main heavy. All the services are very good and fast Food is amazing.

Very POOR Front desk girl & Sales team

Was planning to consider this property for an upcoming wedding but thanks to the most neglected team, the same will not happen. Called the front desk and a girl named JAYA or DAYA answered the call. When requested to transfer the call to Sales team for wedding query, she started asking all questions and wasted time. Then finally she gave number of this person named ANUJ. Called ANUJ from Sales but he was too occupied and hence said he'll call back after 1 hour which turned into good 4-5 hours. Requested ANUJ to share the proposal but he didn't care enough to share the same. Their reaching him out next day but Sir seems to be quite occupied. Well! Overall I would say highly disappointed with the management. Team needs to be trained. Lost a potential business lead. Posting this review to ensure people are aware of what happened and team is trained on how to interact with the guests.

A LONG LONG LONG way from the airport

The room was large and comfy. The restaurant food was decent. The hotel is WAY WAY WAY WAY further from the airport than their listing claims. They say 2.5kms. It's umpteen times further. I left at 3:25 a.m. so there was no traffic around. After 10 minutes if whizzing along, we past a sign saying the airport was 8 kms away! It took 20 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel when the roads were empty, so it must be a horrendous joinery during daytime hours when the traffic is manic. The place is very scruffy for a Ramada. Everything in the room is worn and bashed. The wifi system is nuts. You arrive and they refuse to give you a password. They make you go to the room, wait several minutes then you have to call reception, get pen and paper and write down the password they tell you, ensuring that nothing gets lost in translation or their accented English.

Rooms are not clean. Even after running the tap for 30 minutes no hot water comes from the tap. Pillows are too big to sleep.
